Dr. Payal Khurana

The NorthCap University
Dr Payal Khurana is working at The NorthCap University as an Assistant Professor
(Selection Grade). She is PhD in English with specialization in American Literature
from University of Jammu, Jammu. She did her M.A. in English from University of
Jammu. She is a University topper and received various Scholarships of Merit
during her studies. She has a rich experience of eighteen years in teaching at
various levels i.e. School, Colleges and Universities. She is well-versed in teaching
Communication Skills, English Literature and Language. She has presented papers
and has chaired sessions in International and National Conferences of repute and
has many publications in journals and book chapters to her credit. She has been
conducting Debates, Extempore, and Group Discussions to improve
Communication Skills of students. She has also done Certificate course in
Teaching of English (CTE), Basic course in French, Certificate in HIV and Family
Education, Certificate in Guidance. She has been Rapporteur and Anchor Person
in quiz programs, seminars, conferences, debates etc. She is a Life-member of The
Society for the study of Multi-Ethnic Literature of United States and Member of
Inter-University Centre of International Studies, Hyderabad.
