Prof Gautam is a  Physics(Hons) from Fergusson College Pune & did his  MBA from Institute of Management Development and Research Pune. He has over 25 years of corporate experience leading large teams and geographies in the area of Revenue Management, Key Accounts Management, Operations,& Strategic Implementation. He has been associated with Modi Xerox, Bennett Coleman and Company Limited (The Times of India Group),Media Trans Asia, Diligent Media Corporation(DNA Newspaper), HT Media limited(Hindustan Times, Hindi Hindustan & Mint). Gautam is currently Professor of Marketing and Strategy at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. He teaches courses in the area of Management at the graduate level. His areas of expertise include Strategic Management, Selling Skills and Performance Management. Besides his academic duties he is involved in employability trainings and initiatives aimed at enhancing Industry Academia connect. His areas of interest includes value-based selling, customer orientation and thought self-leadership. He is passionate about outdoor activities including running and wild life safari.
