I am working as an Associate Professor, at the Centre for Online and Distance Education, Manav Rachna, Haryana, India. My qualifications are Ph.D. (Management), MPhil (Management), MBA (HRM), M.Sc. (Mathematics), B.Sc. (Non-Medical). and B.Ed. I obtained a doctoral program in (Human Resource Management) from MRIU, Haryana in 2016. I qualified UGC- NET (Management) in the year 2010. My area of expertise includes Business Management, Business Statistics, and Applied Mathematics. I have published 24 research papers in various reputed National and International journals with high impact factors and presented 08 research papers at conferences of repute. I have penned down two books ‘Principles of Management, Manav  Rachna Publishing House, Faridabad, and ‘Stress among BPO Employees, Lambert Academic Publishing House, USA and Edited one book on “Impact of Artificial Intelligence in Organizational Transformation” with WILEY Publications. I have published four chapters in reputed books (Scopus, Springer, and Wiley publications) as well. I have published one Indian patent and one International (Australian) patent so far. I am associated with the All India Management Association (AIMA) as a member. I have been collaborating with various international and national researchers and learning continuously through online learning platforms. I am a hardcore researcher in the field of interdisciplinary domain with five research scholars doing Ph.D. under me.
